2.1 Free vs. Premium Features

Free Tier: Basic functionality with limited features
Premium Tier: Full access to all supported AI platforms and advanced features as described on our website

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA)

7.1 Independent Services

AI ChatHub facilitates access to third-party AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.). These platforms:

Are independent services with their own terms of service
May have usage limitations, content policies, and pricing
Are responsible for their own service availability and content
May change or discontinue their services at any time

7.2 User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Complying with each AI platform's terms of service
Maintaining any required accounts with these platforms
Understanding each platform's content policies and limitations
Any costs associated with using these third-party services

7.3 No Affiliation

AI ChatHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the AI platforms we provide access to. All product names and trademarks are property of their respective owners.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Service Ownership

The Service, including but not limited to:

Software, code, and algorithms
Design, layout, and user interface
Logos, branding, and trademarks
Documentation and content

All are owned by AI ChatHub and protected by intellectual property laws.

11.3 Browser Compatibility

The Extension may not work with all browsers or browser versions
Browser updates may affect functionality
We are not responsible for browser-related issues

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 Liability Cap

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI ChatHub SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Loss of profits, data, revenue, or business opportunities
Damages resulting from third-party AI platform issues
Damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim

12.2 Third-Party Actions

Changes or discontinuation of third-party services
Data breaches or security issues of third-party platforms
Disputes between you and third-party service providers

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI ChatHub, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of third-party rights
Your violation of applicable laws

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

Cancelling your subscription through the dashboard
Uninstalling the Extension
Contacting support to request account deletion

14.2 Termination by Us

You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
